Elder love or what would you do of this fragrant blossoms? - Nauli´s Mondaymoodboard


Elder trees around here started to blossom some weeks ago. I did not miss to pick a huge basket of blossoms last sunday, and i´am totally in love with the smell of them.
So many tasty things can be made of them, elder pancakes, jelly, sirup even sparkling wine can be made...
So what would be your choice?

Vor einigen Wochen hat der Holunder angefangen zu blühen, am Wochenende wurde es Zeit. Während einem Spaziergang wurde ein großer Korb Holunder gepflückt. 
So viele gute Dinge kann man aus dem Holunder machen, Hollunderküchel, Gelee, Sirup oder gar Holundersekt....
Was wäre Deine Wahl?
